It begins with the warm personal greeting you receive the moment you walk into our professionally decorated and appointed reception area, which is designed with your comfort in mind. Take advantage of our complimentary WiFi, a beverage station, and comfortable seating. TVs are in the reception area and mounted in the ceiling of each operatory.
We recognize that you are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects your individual needs. Dr. Rios and our attentive team will listen carefully and answer your questions fully before, during, and after treatment so you feel properly informed every step of the way. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, secure, and confident that your treatment needs are provided by a talented, trustworthy team.
For Your Comfort
We provide headsets, neck pillows, warm blankets, and even a hand to hold to comfort you during treatment. A small stuffed animal may pay a surprise visit, keep you company, and provide that extra secure feeling. We understand that sometimes this is still not enough; therefore, for our most anxious patients, we offer safe sedation options. Dr. Rios also uses a Vibraject syringe attachment to perform practically painless injections.

We like to keep our office both efficient and inviting. Our staff respects your busy schedule and makes sure to get you in treatment on time with little or no wait. We are happy for patients to arrive early and will do our best to start appointments with the same dedicated promptness.
Giving Back
Dr. Rios and our team believe in promoting healthy lives for everyone. Not many other practices in the area have so thoroughly integrated charitable outreach into their philosophy.
We regularly host a Halloween Candy Buy Back in support of our troops. We also have held free dentistry days in our office, to provide free dental care to more than 50 patients in one day. Dr. Rios regular volunteers to provide free care at sponsored events in the area, such as Gives Kids a Smile and the FDA-sponsored Mission of Mercy.

Close to the Community
Our practice has been serving the Baymeadows/Southside area community for more than 13 years. We live in this area, we go to church in the area, and our children attend school here.
Dr. Rios graduated from Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville and San Jose Catholic Elementary School. His wife is a third-generation Jacksonville native. We have built an incredible level of trust with our neighbors over the past 18 years. Many of our patients have grown up with us, and we are proud to be long-term partners in their oral health.
Complimentary Consultations
We understand that sometimes patients may be unsure of their needs and may have concerns about a treatment proposal that has been offered. Other times, they may not be sure if they may be a candidate for elective services such as implants, veneers, or Invisalign®. A patient may wish to be quoted a fee over the phone for treatment that is best discussed after an evaluation.
In these types of situations, we will gladly offer a FREE consultation, because that’s the best way to understand the problem and to discuss options fully that may be available prior to making any commitment.
