I called seeing if they took my insurance and the man on the phone said that they currently didn’t. I told him that the place listed on my card wouldn’t answer their phone/voicemails etc and he went out of his way to look the place up to see that the number I had was wrong and that’s why I wasn’t getting a call back. I truly appreciate that he went out of his way to help and can tell that they care about their patients. Such nice people!
New patient 1st visit was outstanding. Staff gathered and entered most information before my visit. Greeted immediately and experienced only momentary wait. Staff very friendly and seem happy. Facility is very clean and well equipped. I'm new to the area and was referred by a longtime client. I was very impressed by the treatment, work flow, and information shared by the staff.
Been coming here a while now, always a seamless experience—the type of dental visit you want to have. Dr. Rios is very down to earth, patient and kind, and all the hygienists are the same. Front desk staff are always helpful and kind as can be. If you’re still looking, you can stop and just book an appointment here asap!
Excellent all the way around. From in the door to out the door everyone was very pleasant, caring, thorough and highly professional. Emily and Jennifer were angels and Dr Rios is top tier and obviously highly proficient and caring as well. Very good “chair side manner.” My first visit and I was greatly impressed!
Absolutely incredible!! Dr Rios and his assistants are truly wonderful people and are there for your benefit. My dental assistant was super light handed and was very reassuring. As someone who is normally scared of doctors offices, the team here created a warm and welcoming environment. Could not recommend them more!
Wonderful and thoughtful dentist and office staff. I had a broken tooth and they fit me into the schedule same day because they truly care for their patients. When I called, they ensured that I wasn't in severe pain and could wait a couple of hours for an appointment. They are extremely professional and make you feel like family.
